National Honor Society
Admission Requirements:
- 11th or 12th Grade
- 3.5+ Cumulative GPA
- Documented involvement in 2+ school sponsored clubs / sports / activities for at least 1 year prior to admission
- 5 Verified (documentation required) community service hours within the last 2 years.
- 2 Letters of recommendations (No WBHS employees) form provided
- Essay on assigned topic
- Applications will be sent to all GPA eligible students emails the first day of school and they will be due 10 days later.
- Late applications are not accepted. All requirements must be met to be considered for admission.
- Students can apply junior or senior year. Seniors are not eligible to apply for the National NHS Scholarships.

NTHS Admission Requirements:
Academic Achievement
- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (or higher, based on school standard).
- Be enrolled in a Career & Technical Education (CTE) program or equivalent pathway.
- Demonstrate consistent effort and excellence in coursework.
Character & Professionalism
- Exhibit good moral character and uphold school values.
- Maintain a record of positive behavior and discipline (no major infractions).
- Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, and leadership qualities.
Attendance & Commitment
- Maintain strong attendance in both academic and CTE classes.
- Show reliability and commitment to assigned projects and responsibilities
Teacher/Advisor Recommendation
- Receive an endorsement from at least one CTE teacher or program advisor, verifying eligibility and character.
Leadership
- Demonstrate leadership through participation in extra-curricular activities.
