If you want to create a parent account for PowerSchool, please contact your child's school building to get directions with a Parent Access ID and Password to link your child.
Is your account locked? Please contact your child's building for help.
Already created a parent account but forgot your username or password? Please visit the Account Help page. For security reasons, you must use the e-mail address you created your account with.
If you don't receive a password reset email, please check your SPAM folder or contact your child's building for help.
Be sure you are using capital letters. Type the username and password exactly as given to you.
If you are still having a problem, please contact your school building or iCenter for help
PowerSchool made some changes to the App and hopefully, the issue has been resolved. If you are still experiencing issues, please try logging out, shutting the app down, and try using it again. If that does not remedy the issue, please delete the app and reinstall it. If neither of these solutions work, please contact Sylvia Mcoy at (248) 865-6464 or email@example.com.
