Mondays: Librarian visits, from WBPL

Tuesdays: WBPL performances include live music, mad science, songs & more!

Wednesdays: outdoor water day (weather permitting)

Thursdays: On-site assemblies, off-site field trips are pending and TBD

Friday: all day “fun” (tbd)

Before Care 7 - 9 a.m. 
Camp 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
After Care 3 - 6 p.m.
 

-Labeled Backpack with a lunch, 2 snacks and a water bottle
-Breakfast and lunch are NOT included 
-Towel and swimsuit for outdoor water activities 
-PLEASE LABEL ALL BELONGINGS 
-Sunscreen needs to be applied prior to arrival

Yes, you can add to your schedule. NO schedule changes will be accepted after 5 p.m. on Thursday for the upcoming week. If your child becomes ill, goes on vacation or chooses not to attend a scheduled camp day, you will not be refunded.

Week 1 of camp:  July 1-5 - ALL schedule changes must be made by June 27th at 5 p.m.
Week 2 of camp: July 8-12 - ALL schedule changesmust be made by July 4th at 5 p.m.
Week 3 of camp: July 15-19 - ALL schedule changes must be made by July 11th at 5 p.m.
Week 4 of camp: July 22-26 - ALL schedule changes must be made by July 18th at 5 p.m.
Week 5 of camp: July 29-Aug 2 - ALL schedule changes must be made by July 25th at 5 p.m.

Summer Camp for 2024 is at Doherty Elementary School only.
There is no camp offered at ACS.

You will be selecting your preference during online registration.

Pre K: Ages 3-4, must be potty trained 
Kindergarten: Ages 4-5, completed or rising Kindergarten Fall 2024
Grades 1-2: Ages 6-8
Grades 3-4: Ages 8-10 
Grades 5-8: Ages 10-13

When you registered online in the Eleyo registration portal, you received an automatic account number which can be located on any invoice generated in Eleylo. 

WBSD Community Education Kids Connect (previously known as Kids Klub) and West Bloomfield Preschool Academy also use the Eleyo registration portal. We share the Eleyo portal therefore you only have one account number. 

-Comfortable clothing depending on the weather since we will be going outside
-Sunscreen, apply prior to arriving

1:15 or 1:18 depending on the # of registered campers

Emergency Form - It will be completed during online registration. 
Health Form - complete and return to Camp if needed.

We recommend registering for as many days you think you will need to "save your place" - you will be responsible for making schedule changes in the Eleyo registration system. 

Schedule changes can be made up to Thursday at 5 p.m. for the upcoming week. If a day is scheduled, there can not be a credit issued or refund if the kiddos do not need to attend. 

We will call the emergency contacts. There will be a charge of $1.00 per minute added to your bill when your child is picked up after 6 p.m. We do not waive any late fees.
