-Gretchko Elementary School ages 3-13

Before Care 7 - 9 a.m. 
Camp 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
After Care 3 - 6 p.m.
Before and After Care is only offered at Gretchko. 

-Labeled Backpack with a lunch, 2 snacks and a water bottle
-Breakfast and lunch are NOT included 
-Towel and swimsuit for outdoor water activities 
-PLEASE LABEL ALL BELONGINGS 
-Sunscreen needs to be applied prior to arrival

Since WBSD Community Education offers a Summer Camp that is "Choose Your Own Days" we could have a new camper with us with an allergy. Please do not pack any tree nuts or nuts. We appreciate your understanding. 

1:15 or 1:18 depending on the # of registered campers

Autopayment is required and will be processed once a month. Collection dates are: June 16 for any registered June dates, July 3 for any registered July dates, and August 1 for any August registered dates. Registration closes on Thursdays at 5 p.m. for the following week. Campers will not be able to attend if payment is not processed successfully.

If you are not paid in full for the month ahead, please do not arrive at camp. 

We do not process refunds for sick days. Thank you for your understanding.

All camp changes need to be made by 5pm the Thursday prior to camp starting the following week.

If more than one schedule change is made there will be an administrative fee of $25 assessed.

Emergency Form - This form was completed during online registration. 
Medication Form - complete and return at Camp if needed.

We will call the emergency contacts. There will be a charge of $1.00 per minute added to your bill when your child is picked up after 6 p.m. We do not waive any late fees.

When you registered online in the Eleyo registration portal, you received an automatic account number which can be located on any invoice generated in Eleylo. 

WBSD Community Education Kids Klub (Before and After Care) and West Bloomfield Preschool Academy also use the Eleyo registration portal. We share the Eleyo portal therefore you only have one account number.
