OLMS to participate in Moonbeams for Sweet Dreams

OLMS to participate in Moonbeams for Sweet Dreams

On Thursday, Dec. 19, OLMS students, staff, and their families are invited to attend Moonbeams for Sweet Dreams at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak.

Currently, in its third year, Moonbeams for Sweet Dreams is a community-wide event to support pediatric patients in the hospital during the month of December.

Every night in December at 8 p.m., pediatric patients will shine flashlights from the hospital windows and look for community members standing outside the hospital to flash them back.

Bussing will be provided to and from OLMS for those who register in advance on a first sign up, first-serve basis.

If you are unable to make onto the bussing list, you are still welcome to join the OLMS crew at Beaumont Royal Oak Hospital.

If you're interested in attending please fill out this form. Each adult may take no more than four students on the bus. Each student must have an adult with them at this event and adults must remain with the group at all times.

This event is being sponsored by the OLMS student council, NJHS, WEB leaders, and choir students.

If you have any questions you can reach out to Nicole Horn (OLMS NJHS Staff Advisor) at or Melissa Bridges (OLMS Student Council Staff Advisor) at
