Family Fun Night

The West Bloomfield School District (WBSD) is thrilled to announce that the 14th Annual Family Fun Night will be held at West Bloomfield High School on Thursday, August 28, 2025. The entire West Bloomfield community is invited to attend this free event filled with activities, prizes, and more! Attendees are encouraged to come for the fun and then stay to cheer on the West Bloomfield High School Laker football team against Dearborn Fordson at 7 p.m. following Family Fun Night. Elementary and middle school students wearing spirit wear items are admitted into the game for free! 

Community organizations from across West Bloomfield will be present with special activities and giveaways for those in attendance. Families are invited to enjoy bounce houses, face painting, photo booth, the dunk tank, temporary tattoos, bubble soccer, a video game semi trailer and more. Tours of military and first responder vehicles will also be available to attendees. 

The West Bloomfield School District Family Fun Night started 14 years ago as an opportunity to kick off the upcoming school year and celebrate the first responders and military members who keep our community and our country safe. Representatives from the armed forces, police, fire, and EMS will be greeting and connecting with members of the community at the event. 

Each year, Family Fun Night also serves as a commemoration of 9/11 and remembering those impacted by that fateful day.
