    Wednesday, August 22, 2018 = Seniors (7:00am to 9:00am) and Juniors (11:00am to 1:00pm) JumpStart (Parents are welcome)

    Thursday, August 23, 2018 = Sophomore (7:00am to 9:00am) and Freshman (11:00am to 1:00pm) JumpStart (Parents are welcome)

    JumpStart will take place in WBHS this fall, but due to construction there will a few modification. 

    During JumpStart this year we will:

    • Hand out a paper copy of your schedule (students will NOT be able to walk around the building due to construction.)
    • Take student pictures.  Parents may purchase picture packages for their student at this time.
    • Issue new student identification cards based upon this photo.
    • The book room will not be open during JumpStart due to construction.
    • Lockers will not be available during JumpStart due to construction. 
    • Chromebook distribution is still to be determined.
    • Parking passes for Seniors and Juniors will be available on August 22 only.
    • Our PTO and some club representatives will be present at JumpStart.

    Friday, August 24, 2018 will be FRESHMAN ORIENTATION DAY (2:00pm) with Cookies in the Courtyard (5:00pm) and Freshman Parent Orientation (4:00pm; adults only, no siblings).  Please note that a letter was sent home to all incoming freshman with an inaccurate date of this event.  Freshman Day will be August 24, NOT August 14.  If your incoming freshman has NOT been contacted by a mentor student at all this summer, please contact either Heather.Crewes@wbsd.org or Jennifer.Tobias@wbsd.org to obtain your mentor.

    Please remember that all summer homework is due the first day of school.  All students, returning and new, are expected to have their summer homework completed.
